Another release from Gordon & MacPhail's Speymalt range, which is the home to many, many independently bottled Macallan single malts. This particular bottling was distilled in 2007 and bottled at 43% ABV in 2016.

Candle wax, orange oil, juicy barley and honey-coated raisins.
Chocolate-coated banana, more sharp marmalade (now with a hint of grapefruit), crushed walnuts.
Raspberry ripple ice cream and white pepper.
Nose: Apple with hints of pineapple. Toffee on oxidation. Palate: Red apple and spicy stewed. After: Really lingers with hints of cloves on the finish.
