Distilled in 2005, this single malt from Macallan was filled into a single refill sherry hogshead where it remained until 2024. The cask was opened by Gordon & MacPhail, bottling it up at a robust 58.1% ABV for the Speymalt collection.

Nose
Baked apple and stewed fruit with milk chocolate.
Palate
Toffee and sultanas with orange zest.
Finish
Morello cherry and toasted oak linger on the finish.
