This indie bottling of Macallan single malt was collaboratively released by Jhen Chang Wine & Spirits Shop, Whisky Gallery, Spirits Salon and Whiskay. Distilled in 2008, the whisky spent 12 years maturing in a single hogshead, yielding 408 bottles when it was opened in 2021.
