Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is light and well-balanced. There are notes of apples and piña colada. There is a toasty oak note with winter spice and ground ginger and sultanas. The palate is quite light and rich. There are notes of cut herbs and winter spice, peppered oak and notes of dried fruits. A crème de cacao note emerges with white pepper and fruitcake. The finish is long and oaked.
