Jericho - Archivist's Selection (The Lost Distillery Company)
While we may never know what whisky from the Jericho distillery tasted like (the distillery only produced whisky between 1824 and 1913), The Lost Distillery Company have researched it and reckon this blended malt they've created might be pretty close!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Cooked berry, cinnamon stick and a hint of rock pool.
Palate
Candied ginger, robustly malty, hints of basil leaf.
Finish
White pepper and cedar, with a final touch of blueberry.
