Description

The Whiskymaker's Editions collection of English single malt whiskies from the Lakes distillery is going out with a bang, with this, the very final release of the series. Galáxia celebrates the entire collection in a coming together of some of the most prized characteristics from previous expressions, from floral, perfumed notes to autumn spices, and vanilla cream to stewed fruits, bottled up at a nice, robust 54% ABV.

Nose

Rich, indulgent and seductively perfumed. Dark fruit cake laced with ginger, hints of walnuts, cocoa nibs, and apple crumble.

Palate

Complex and creamy with wood spice balanced by a backdrop of manuka honey, candied pecans, and Christmas cake.

Finish

Bold & lingering with dark fruits and chocolate.
