The Whiskymaker's Editions collection of English single malt whiskies from the Lakes distillery is going out with a bang, with this, the very final release of the series. Galáxia celebrates the entire collection in a coming together of some of the most prized characteristics from previous expressions, from floral, perfumed notes to autumn spices, and vanilla cream to stewed fruits, bottled up at a nice, robust 54% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Producer

Nose Rich, indulgent and seductively perfumed. Dark fruit cake laced with ginger, hints of walnuts, cocoa nibs, and apple crumble.

Palate Complex and creamy with wood spice balanced by a backdrop of manuka honey, candied pecans, and Christmas cake.

Finish Bold & lingering with dark fruits and chocolate.
