The Lakes Whiskymaker's Editions - Cascade
The Lakes Whiskymaker’s Editions is a showcase of one-off releases that reflect the sensibilities of the whisky maker and a chance to reveal another side of the distillery, which is defined by its sherry-led house style. Cascade is a lighter, more delicate single malt. It was bottled at 46.6% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural in colour.

Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Fresh-cut flowers, stone fruits, digestive biscuits, wisps of coffee and hints of dried fruit and vanilla
Palate
Wood spices, vanilla, crème caramel, dried fruits, cracked black pepper.
Finish
Long and with a coffee caramel sweetness.
