This release from The Glenlivet Nàdurra series has enjoyed a finishing period in casks that previously contained peated whisky. This has imparted a subtle smoky element to the whisky, which is apt, considering that once upon a time, Glenlivet's whiskies were peated.

Nose
Toasted coconut, pithy orange, pine nuts and a hint of red chilli.
Palate
Gummy fruit sweeties, extra-thick double cream, very light earthy peat.
Finish
Drying cacao, soft smoke, lemon peel.
