Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Pear, peach, buttered corn, toasted teacakes, meadows in spring.

Palate: Peanut brittle, sultana, Granny Smith apples, buttery corn once again, a dry hint of cedar spiciness.

Finish: Apricot jam on granary toast, fresh lemon zest, a touch of hay.
