A single grain whisky aged for nine years in both virgin oak and ex-bourbon cask from the folks at the English Distillery. Only a few casks were made due to the technical difficulty of distilling a high percentage (51.4% ABV) rye whisky, making it something of a rarity in the world of English whisky.
Lemon zest with a light herbal aroma of thyme.
Rich and oily with sweet and spicy notes of cocoa, orange zest and cinnamon.
Long and dry.
