The Dubliner Whiskey

The Dubliner is a blended Irish whiskey which has been aged in bourbon casks and crafted by Master Blender John Drennan. A new addition to the Dubliner range, which you might know from their Dubliner Irish Whiskey Liqueur (combining whiskey, caramel and honeycomb).

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Well honey'd on the nose, with subtle nods to orchard fruits.

Palate Enjoyable notes of golden malt shine through more honey and a touch of white pepper.

Finish Quite sweet on the finish.

Reviews for The Dubliner Irish Whiskey
Great Dram
This is a very very good light, tasty, morish whiskey. Yes it's blended, yes it's only 3 years old but you can really taste that bourbon finish. It's a sweet, fruity mouthful which lingers in the back of your throat. Not too overwhelming and it's £13.99 for a litre bottle in Duty Free. What more can you ask for!!

Buy a bottle and you won't regret it.

Worths a try !
What a surprise. Long lasting white pepper after taste and an initial kick of peach. Ethanol nose , rather uninspiring as NAS suggests 3 years. Unexpectedly good, hard to put down. Fantastic to drink , average to smell. Greetings from Athens, Greece

Smooth little number
Underrated dram for the price of it. Very smooth, easy and sippable with enough going on to keep it interesting.

Very smooth drinkable whiskey
I bought this for my nephew after reading the reviews it was to with a pewter whiskey decanter I bought for him. We had a wee dram and it was utterly delicious. We both thought it was erring on the sweeter side of a whiskey which we love. It is a very drinkable whiskey and am thinking to buy my own bottle. And I would go as far to say that anyone wanting an introduction into whiskey should try this. The smooth mellow taste is just incredible.

From far and beloved😁
Great bottle. Horrible 🍀 whiskey . I drink only 🍀 whiskeys for 15 years and it's the worst. Cheers from Greece

bland and overpriced
like a pint in Dublin city centre this is overpriced and over rated ... sainsburys has this as a "premium" product reduced to £20 i have this as as "bollox" escalated in price from its £12 worth, it tastes exactly like any other mass produced grain alcohol squirted with flavouring/colouring just before the cap/label goes on

Very underrated
Really surprised by how nice this was for £25. So much oaky barrel, a bit like the Glendalough's I've tried but with a sweeter note, it's delish! Do yourself a favour and give it a try!
