Aerolite Lyndsay is a fab 10 year old single malt from the legendary Isle of Islay - though no clues as to which of the excellent distilleries produced this whisky! It was drawn from a combination of bourbon barrels and Spanish oak sherry quarter casks, which have helped develop the peaty whisky's flavour profile, imparting hints of vanilla and dried fruit alongside the coastal, smoky elements. It was released by The Character of Islay Whisky Company, and bestowed the name Aerolite Lyndsay, which is actually an anagram of 'ten year old Islay'! Plus, this bottle comes with a enamel mug, perfect for enjoying a cosy dram from on a chilly evening.
