The Busker Single Pot Still Small Batch
The first small batch addition to the Busker Irish whiskey range! This single pot distilled whiskey was initially matured in first-fill bourbon casks before being treated to a finish in oloroso sherry butts. Selected and composed by the master blender at Ireland's Royal Oak distillery, it's brimming with notes of stewed fruits and fragrant, woody spice.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Leathery old oak and fragrant tobacco join dried stone fruits and soft woody spice.
Palate
Layers of stewed fruit, prunes, and sultanas, with chocolatey malt and a touch of cedar beneath.
Finish
Balsamic poached fruit, caramelised nuts, resinous oaken spice, and soft, crumbly fudge.
