The Busker Single Malt
Here we have The Busker Single Malt, distilled at the Royal Oak Distillery in County Carlow. It's matured in a duo of bourbon and sherry casks, bringing a wealth of balanced fruit, earthy, and malt-forward flavours to the whiskey. One to sip and savour in a classic cocktail, we reckon.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Candied orange, dried apple, digestive biscuits, tobacco, and apricot jam.
Palate
Chocolate-dipped banana, raisins, new leather, and cinnamon buns.
Finish
Banana custard and sweet cereals.
