The Busker Single Grain
Gorgeous Irish single grain whiskey from The Busker range, produced at the Royal Oak Distillery. This release is matured in both bourbon and marsala wine casks, the latter sourced from one of the oldest Sicilian wineries, Cantine Florio 1833. It's light with a sharp fruitiness, while also boasting all the sweetness we know and love from grain whiskey.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sharp green apple, milk chocolate, cinnamon butter, and hints of minerality.
Palate
Banana foam sweets, vanilla cream, coconut, more zingy fruit, and earthy oak.
Finish
Fried banana now, alongside cooked apples and custard.
