St. Thomas 32yo TBWC Bottling Note

That Boutique-y Whisky Company has taken some inspiration from the bottles of yesteryear for this brilliant blended Scotch whisky! It's a 32 year old expression, presented at 40.1% ABV, and boasting huge helpings of fudge and vanilla in its flavour profile. The label looks like something you might find on a bottle unearthed after many decades of undisturbed slumber – those that highland cow still looks great.

Batch 1 is a release of 437 bottles.

‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Massive caramel and vanilla tablet notes, with hints of warm oak developing.

Palate: Chocolatey, with more vanilla pouring in. A subtle waft of mint appears along the way.

Finish: Toffee pennies and crumbly fudge.

Reviews for St. Thomas 32 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)
Absolute lengend of scotch. Right up there with the JW Blue label ($300 a bottle quality)
Wow, So it smelled like cedar and teak wood. Reminded me of the ships at the museum of man and nature I saw when i Was a kid about 32 years ago. Very complex taste with a smooth but distinct finish. A bit smokey, but just the right amount.
An absolute gem and epic finish to the advent calendar, i think I might treat myself to a bottle if I can find one.

Really, really great
Received as a gift and the while label made me giggle, the liquid was nothing to laugh about. Such great (and old!) whisky for the price.
