That Boutique-y Whisky Company has gone and bottled up its seventh batch of Irish Single Malt #2! Though the distillery behind the whiskey remains a mystery, we do know that this one was aged for an impressive 29 years before being bottled, making for a hugely flavoursome and complex expression.
Batch 7 is a release of 418 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Nose Dense raisin and toffee apple notes, with a zesty hint of kiwi too.
Palate Loads more apple and dried fruit notes, now paired with pear, melon, and a hint of stem ginger.
Finish Subtly spicy on the finish with clove, though its fruitiness persists.
