The second batch of That Boutique-y Whisky Company's Irish Single Malt #2 is here! This time, they've bottled a 12 year old single malt whiskey - but they're still keeping the distillery it came from a secret. So very secretive. So very tasty.
Batch 2 is a release of 429 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Spearmint and basil, followed by walnut and caramel.
Palate
A bounty of orchard fruit develops on the palate, with a big focus on Gold Delicious apples and juicy oranges.
Finish
Vanilla, lemongrass, a hint of peppercorn.
