Irish #1 14yo TBWC

Sugar lumps? Rainbows? A levitating horse head? If we could whinny we would, because it's batch 4 of That Boutique-y Whisky Company's Irish Single Malt #1! A fabulous 14 year old whiskey from a mysterious undisclosed Irish distillery. If we could only use one word to describe this whiskey, it would have to be: lovely.

Batch 4 is a release of 2,116 bottles.

‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Bucketfuls of apricot, pear and nectarine. Cereal notes and creamy vanilla broken up by fresh herbs.

Palate Citrus zest and kitchen spices mixed with melting chocolate - creamy but light.

Finish Fresh fruit sweetness of peaches and stewed plums, with a slight nuttiness coming through.
