Elsburn 7 Year Old Bottling Note

This is the third batch of 7-year-old German single malt That Boutique-y Whisky Company has got its hands on from Elsburn, but this one is extra special as it's being launched to mark 10 years of independent bottling brilliance. It was matured in an ex-Rivesaltes cask, an oft-overlooked dessert wine from the South of France, and bottled at cask strength.

Batch 3 is a release of 345 bottles.

‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains, and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
