
This Irish single malt whiskey spent five years maturing, beginning in bourbon casks before enjoying a finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Bottled without added colour or chill filtration, that splendid hue is all thanks to that rich, dark PX oak, and you can expect generous layers of baking spices and juicy stone fruits alongside the creamy, biscuity malt at its core.
