Incredible 30 year old single malt Irish whiskey from that tremendous Teeling team! This astounding expression was distilled in 1991 and left initially to age in bourbon casks. After many moons, the whiskey was then married in Sauternes casks, imparting a glorious helping of bright, fruity sweetness to the spirit. A release of 4,000 bottles.

Velvety smooth with real depth of peach and apricot, hints of citrus fruits are interwoven with a light touch of smoke and herbal woody notes.
Long, lingering fruit notes with a distinctive mix of spicy oak and smoked sea salt.
