Description

14 year old Irish single malt whiskey from Teeling, bottled for Whisky Magazine as part of its Special Selection. Drawn from cask #13790, this whiskey has been bottled at cask strength with an outturn of only 297 bottles. A balanced, rich expression that's well worth giving time to appreciate.

Nose

Through spearmint and thyme there’s pink grapefruit, stewed orchard fruits and a helping of cooking spices.

Palate

Toasted barley and creamy vanilla lead. There’s an array of dried fruit, quince and blackberries among a touch of dried herbs and almond butter.

Finish

Soft tropical fruit and toffee pennies linger.
