Nose
Through spearmint and thyme there’s pink grapefruit, stewed orchard fruits and a helping of cooking spices.
Palate
Toasted barley and creamy vanilla lead. There’s an array of dried fruit, quince and blackberries among a touch of dried herbs and almond butter.
Finish
Soft tropical fruit and toffee pennies linger.
