Apple cake, toasted marzipan, creamy oats, and seeded sourdough.
Palate
Yeasty bread and grist are joined by buttery barley, and waves of honey before soft cakey spices arrive.
Finish
Baked fruit, baking spice, crumbly biscuits, and a touch of peppery oak.
