This single malt from Teaninich spent six years maturing in a sherry butty between 2016 and 2023. The cask was opened by indie bottler Càrn Mòr, releasing a total of 1,478 bottles for the Strictly Limited collection.
Chalky grist, lemon curd, banana bread, and pear drops, with vanilla and dried grass in tow.
Candied nuts, creamy praline, vanilla fudge, and buttered bread with honey.
Spiced fruit crumble, a touch of coffee, oaken spice.
