Teaninich 43 Year Old 1975 - Old & Rare Platinum (Hunter Laing)

43 year old single malt from the Teaninich Distillery, independently bottled by Hunter Laing as part of its Old & Rare Platinum. It was distilled back in 1975 and left also for many, many moons, until 2019, when it was bottled at 40.2% ABV with an outturn of just 246 bottles.

    Tasting Note by The Producer

This dark gold whisky has a note of oranges, caramel, barley sugar and herbs. The palate is delicate, with notes of papaya, orange squash, milk chocolate and strawberry. The finish is long and soft, with a faint touch of menthol.
