Description
Distilled up in the Highlands in 2009 comes this marvellous single malt from Teaninich. The whisky spent its time maturing in hogshead casks – all the way up until 2021, when it was independently bottled up by Berry Bros. & Rudd for its Small Batch collection. 1,134 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Zesty, with tropical notes of melon and passion fruit and cedar oil.
Palate
Toasted brioche with honey, fruity notes of plums, and light wafts of pear sit amongst oaken vanilla and slowly unfurling spices.
Finish
Anise and liquorice arrive, with woody spice, creamy vanilla and soft, fruity malt.
