Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Zesty, with tropical notes of melon and passion fruit and cedar oil.

Palate: Toasted brioche with honey, fruity notes of plums, and light wafts of pear sit amongst oaken vanilla and slowly unfurling spices.

Finish: Anise and liquorice arrive, with woody spice, creamy vanilla and soft, fruity malt.
