Single Malt
Scotland
1 Jan 2009
This is an independent bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from the Teaninich Distillery, which was distilled in 2009 and allowed to age for 12 years. Following that, the Thompson Bros. came along and bottled it up at 53.1% ABV, with an outturn of 508 bottles, each of them featuring dolphins. No idea why, but hey, dolphins are alright, we have no qualms with them.
Honeyed fruit, with some zesty white grape within the mellow sweetness. A hint of flint.
Walnut and macadamia nut, with creamy vanilla and crusty brown bread with butter.
Freshly cut oak and honeydew melon.
