James Eadie’s Highland 11 Year Old
Independent bottler James Eadie introduces its own core range of whiskies with this impressive Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the Teaninich distillery. Matured for a total of 11 years, the whisky was finished in European oak Malaga wine hogsheads resulting in satisfying notes of honeyed fruits, caramel, and cream.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Tropical, with notes of mango and papaya joined by soft stone fruits, wax, a touch of hay, and hints of herbal tea.
Palate
Rich and creamy with notes of granola, floral honey, apricots, and yoghurt coated raisins.
Finish
The creaminess lingers, with soft notes of peach, a touch of green tea, and ginger biscuits.
