The independent Octave collection showcases whiskies matured and finished in smaller casks for bolder flavour and here we have a fine example from Teaninich. This single malt was distilled in 2015 and spent the next 11 years maturing, finishing in an oloroso sherry octave. A total of 85 bottles were released in 2026.
