It's an 11 year old single malt from the Teaninich Distillery, which has been independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for its Cooper's Choice range. After being distilled in April 2009, this one was aged in American oak until being moved over to a sherry cask for a finishing period, and eventually bottled in 2021. Just 258 bottles were produced.
Juicy barley with a hint of pencil sharpenings, balanced by sultana and cut grass.
Bounty bars, sherried malt, baking spices, and buttered brown bread.
Cinnamon, ginger, iced buns, a hint of coffee.
