Bourbon

This rather impressive whisky was distilled at Tamnavulin all the way back in 1988, just seven years before the distillery was mothballed for 12 years, between 1995 and 2007. It was left to age in a bourbon barrel for over three decades, and it was on 24 June 2019 that A.D. Rattray decided to bottle the single malt for the Vintage Cask Collection. Only 132 bottles were produced at cask strength, 46.9% ABV.
Earl Grey tea, marzipan, leather saddle and rose petal.
Seville orange, truffle, liquorice and black pepper.
An elegant and refined conclusion of gentle oak spices, mixed nuts and mild clove.
