This single malt from Tamnavulin matured for 15 years in bourbon barrels before it was bottled for the independent Living Souls collection. With layers of marzipan, orchard fruits, pear drops, and soda bread, it's a marvellous showcase of how Tamnavulin's Speyside malt develops with age.

Nose
Toasted marzipan, fresh apple, pear drops, and vanilla shortbread.
Palate
Red apples, treacle and ginger loaf, creamy malt and fresh buttered soda bread.
Finish
Vanilla fudge, toasted oak, pancake batter, and golden syrup.
