Sherry
Distilled at Tamnavulin in 2012, this single malt spent the next 13 years maturing before it was bottled for The Octave collection. The whisky was treated to a finish in a teeny oloroso sherry octave cask, bringing generous layers of Fruit & Nut chocolate and baking spice to the honeyed malt at its core. A release of 77 bottles.
Ginger loaf, Demerara sugar, cinnamon pastries, chocolate raisins.
Cinder toffee, honeyed biscuits, Fruit & Nut chocolate, and sweet baking spice.
Vanilla custard, candied nuts, prunes, and a touch of marmalade.
