Wine Cask
This eight-year-old single malt was distilled at Tamdhu in 2015, and filled into American oak to mature, before finishing in a Madeira cask. The cask was opened by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. in 2024, releasing a total of 402 bottles for The Cooper's Choice collection.
Maple danish, a dusting of cinnamon, candied orange, chocolate raisins.
Sweet spice, fruit loaf, nut brittle, and gingerbread join robust, nutty barley.
Fudge, burnt sugar, sweet cinnamon and elegant oak char.
