A terrific taste of Tamdhu here from Murray McDavid - and a very well-aged expression indeed! This 31 year old single malt was aged in a bourbon barrel initially, then further matured in a 110-litre bourbon cask from Koval Distillery in Chicago!

Refresh apple and citrus notes, joined by hints of Fruit Salad sweeties.

Palate

A rush of oak spices up front, followed by roast chestnut, honey and peach.

Finish

A long, sweet finish of toasted malt.
