Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Apple butter, polished oak and mint humbugs. Later on there's notes of lemon tart with thick custard.
Palate
Lots of baking notes - particularly almond croissant and biscotti. Crisp plum, waxy orange and a pinch of nutmeg.
Finish
Becomes significantly more malty on the finish, though still packed with notes of fresh orchard fruits and mouthwatering baked goods.
