Nose Apple butter, polished oak and mint humbugs. Later on there's notes of lemon tart with thick custard.
Palate Lots of baking notes - particularly almond croissant and biscotti. Crisp plum, waxy orange and a pinch of nutmeg.
Finish Becomes significantly more malty on the finish, though still packed with notes of fresh orchard fruits and mouthwatering baked goods.
