Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Woody, spicy nose with hints of dark brown sugar and marmalade. Black pepper and Corinth raisins too, with hints of over-ripe grape and dried strawberry.
Palate
Minty, with notes of cooked strawberries and apple tart. Dried grass and toasted oak. A good malt core.
Finish
Fruity finish, with black pepper and chamomile tea on the tail.
