This is surely a special occasion whisky.
I like Talisker, and this is the best one yet. Age shows in it's complexity, balance and dryness. Wonderful yellow and red fruit aromas balanced by hint of smoke, muted pepperyness and drying oak and leather.

My favorite single malt. Worth the price!

Insanely perfumed nose.

Honey, rasins, oak, leather, marzipan, and brown bread on the tongue.

Lengthy, luxurious finish.

Smoked Trout, Dry Oak, Amazing.
Nose: Astringent and woody. Taste: smoked trout, dry oak. Finish: light salty capers, incredibly long lasting warm delicious dry favor that just lasts forever. A happy drink indeed. After sampling, I am putting in an order for my bottle now!
