Ten-year-old Talisker here, joining the Old Particular series from indie bottlers Douglas Laing, and it's full of all the maritime smoke we know and love. Only 360 bottles of this single cask whisky were produced, which spent its time maturing in a refill hogshead.
Seaweed, rockpools, and beach bonfires.
A touch of earthiness to the seaside smoke, with fresh herbs and spices.
Lingering smoke, with roasted spices.
