This right here is Blend #1 from Sweetdram. It's a blended Scotch whisky made with single grain from the North British Distillery, sherried single grain from Invergordon, and some peaty single malt from Ardmore. The blend was married together and given a finishing period in tawny Port casks before being bottled up at 43% ABV.
Nutty malt, honeycomb, a delicate hint of toasted oak, slightly chocolatey.
Vanilla and more chocolate, with a slow build of dried fruit, and a smidge of singed hay.
Aromatic oak lasts.
