A 26 year old Strathmill, drawn from a single bourbon hogshead which was laid down in 1988 and cracked open in 2014. 114 bottles were produced by Valinch & Mallet for their Lost Drams Collection, which is reserved for old, rare whiskies.
Fragrant barley and clove, with hints of vanilla custard and green tea.
Fresh berries, chocolate mousse, brioche and slightly burnt toast.
Coriander seed, black pepper and a layer of thyme honey.
