Unfortunately, we can't ship Strathmill 26 Year Old 1988 (cask 799) - Lost Drams Collection (Valinch & Mallet) to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
A 26 year old Strathmill, drawn from a single bourbon hogshead which was laid down in 1988 and cracked open in 2014. 114 bottles were produced by Valinch & Mallet for their Lost Drams Collection, which is reserved for old, rare whiskies.
Nose: Fragrant barley and clove, with hints of vanilla custard and green tea.
Palate: Fresh berries, chocolate mousse, brioche and slightly burnt toast.
Finish: Coriander seed, black pepper and a layer of thyme honey.
