An Old Malt Cask bottling of single malt from the Strathmill distillery in the Speyside region. This fruit-forward whisky was distilled in October 1989 and left to mature in a single refill butt for 25 years, until October 2014, when it was bottled with an outturn of 486 bottles. Lots of fruit notes in this one - pineapple and green apple notes by the bucket-load with touches of toffee.
