Single cask Strathmill, bottled by the brilliant Berry Brothers & Rudd chaps. This Speyside single malt was distilled all the way back in 1991 and left to mature for 22 years before being bottled in 2014. It was bottled without any of that chill filtration you hear about, or any additional colours either.
