From the Strathmill distillery comes this 21 year old single malt, independently bottled by The Single Cask. It was distilled in July 1996 and matured until November 2017, when it was unleashed upon the world in handsome square bottles. A release of only 60 of those aforementioned angular vessels.
Caramel, hops, blueberry, butterscotch and green tea.
Peach, apple and lemon, followed by digestive biscuits and vanilla cheesecake.
Coconut, waxy peels and earthy herbs - think basil and coriander.
