A Gordon & MacPhail bottling of Strathmill single malt, distilled back in 2002. It was bottled in 2016 for the long-running Connoisseurs Choice range at 46% ABV.
Peach cobbler, dried apple and a good squeeze of lemon. Quite biscuit-y at points.
Poached pear, mint leaf and a hint of Oloroso sweetness.
Medium length. Rather malty and sweet.
