A refill bourbon barrel allows Strathmill’s lighter, fruit-forward spirit to shine. Clean, honest and quietly confident, this 2011 vintage distillate-led whisky was bottled at 55% ABV by Gordon & MacPhail for its Spirit of Scotland range.
Vanilla, ripe tropical fruit and toasted barley.
Smooth and bright with banana, white chocolate and citrus blossom.
Fresh and cooling, with a menthol lift at the close.
